Terms and Conditions:
• Seasons
Low Season: January 9th to July 14th (excluding Easter), September 16th to December 19th
High Season: July 15th to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, April 14th to April 21st 2006 (Easter week)
Peak Season: August 1st to August 31st, December 20th - January 8th (Xmas & New Year period)
• Minimum rental period
Low Season: 2-nights, High Season: 5-nights, Peak Season: 10-nights
• Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
• Includes car and driver, VIP service pick up
• Includes Private Tennis Court, Sauna and Pool Table
• Free Usage of Internet
• 30% service charge (food and beverages)
Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
