Note :
All rates above is Inclusive:
- Airport transfer
- Daily breakfast
- Laundry (not dry cleaning)
- 24 hours security
- Internet connection
- Fully staff: maids, chef and house manager
- Car & driver (7 seats car) for 8 hrs a day exclude petrol.
Seasonal periods:
- Low Seasons: January 11th - June 30th (excluding Easter/Chinese new year), September 16th - December 20th
- High Seasons: July 1st - July 31st, September 15th, Easter week, Chinese new year
- Peak Seasons: August 1st - 31st, December 21st 2009 - January 10th 2010.
Minimum stay requirements
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights
Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 550.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
LIABILITY:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy. Villa Infinity has 8 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 16 persons and ideal 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then we must get informed in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
