Villa condition & requirements:
- Maximum occupancy: 10 persons
- Special events at Villa Sankara must be authorised by the villa owner.
- At your service, a full time site manager who supervisers twelve trained staff including housekeepers, cook, gardeners, maintenance and 24 hour security.
Term and Condition:
- Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (low season) and 45 days (high season) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
Payment can be settled by credit card (Visa or Master) or Telegraphic Ttransfer (TT).
- The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
- Special events at Villa Sankara must be authorised by the villa Management.
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
