Note :
All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD and inclusive of welcome drinks and fruits basket upon arrival, return Airport transfers, daily laundry (except dry cleaning) and daily breakfasts for up to 8 persons. Rates do not include gratuities, telecommunications, internet, food and beverages (except breakfast), cars and drivers or spa services.High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: June 15 - August 31, Easter Week, Chinese New Year.
Peak season period: December 20 - January 5
Minimum stay required:
LOW season: 3 nights
HIGH & PEAK season : 7 nights.
Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Villa Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
