Note :
- Rates above are subject to 15% tax & service charge.- The villa will applied additional surcharge with seasonal one night room rates for function venue fee.
Seasonal periods:
Peak Season : August 01 - 31, Dec 20 - Jan 7.
High Season : Chinese New Year (3 days after and 3 days before) Easter Period (1 week before and 1 week after), July 1 - 31.
Low Season : All other times of the year
Airport Transfer
Your driver will meet you at Bali's International Airport Ngurah Rai. He will await you outside the arrival door straight after you have passed through customs. The driver will hold up your name and he will assist you with your luggage and will escort you to your vacation villa.
Airport express service
To get more faster in registration and avoid long line-up in front of Immigration counter, we provided VIP clearance service with additional nominal cost at US$ 15 nett/pax.
Term & Conditions
- All Villa & room rates are in USD
- 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmed booking
- 50% non-refundable balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
- Max. pax per room: 2
- Villa check-in time by 2 p.m. & check-out time by 11 a.m.
- A 50% surcharge for late check-out time after 2 p.m. and full rate for late check-out time after 6 p.m.
- In the event of a last minute booking made in Bali, payment is to be pre-arranged through our office, and full payment must be made upon arrival.
- All rates subject to change with prior notice
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 if the booking is cancelled at 61 days
or more prior to arrival in Low / High season booking and in Peak season booking
should at 91 days prior arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from notice periods above, and
however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment from the
total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
General minimum booking period
- Low Season:3 nights
- High/Peak Season:7 nights.
Guests Responsibilities:
Guest are responsible for any damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We will please ask you to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure.
Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Bayuh Sabbha is require to occupied up to 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.
