Rate inclusion
Full breakfast, Afternoon tea/coffee and Balinese snacks, Seasonal Fresh Tropical Fruits, Use of Villa VCD Library, Return Airport-Villa Transfer service.
Minimum Stay
minimum stay of 3 nights. For stay less than 3 nights, high season surcharge is applicable.

Check-in : 14:00
check-out : 12:00
The villa will provided free late check-out service but subject of villa availability.
Seasonal periods
High/Peak season months : August01 - 31, December 20 – January 06
Family Plan
One child under 12 years old sharing the same bed with parent is Free of charge. When extra bed is required, an additional extra bed rate is applied. Only one extra bed can be accommodated in each bedroom. No triple adult share is allowed.
Deposit & Cancellation
To hold a reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days from the reservation date placed.
One night cancellation charge will be applied for reservation cancelled within 30 days before arrival date, and 2 nights charge for cancellation within 14 days before arrival date.
This policy does not apply for high season months, when cancellation is made within 21 days prior to arrival date, all deposit paid is to cover cancellation charge
Term of payment
- A 50 % deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance of charges to be settled by 30 days prior to guest arrival for any of season booking.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- Payment should be in US Dollars.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded in full,less 25% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 1000 USD,
if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for High and Peak Season bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be non-refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
