Note :
Rates above are inclusive of:
- Chauffeur-driven airport transfers in a new seven-seater vehicle
- Welcome drinks (fresh fruit juice/beer)
- A chef and his team to prepare all meals and bar snacks
- A la carte breakfast
- Tea and coffee throughout the day
- Bottled water throughout the villa
- Laundry and pressing (excludes dry cleaning)
- Driver with excellent knowledge of the island for up to 8 hours per day, thereafter US$8 per hour. The vehicle will have a full tank of petrol on arrival and guests will be charged for refills based on usage throughout their stay
Seasonal Periods:
Low Season:16 January - 30 June
(excluding Easter and Chinese New Year week)
16 September - 14 December.
High Season:Easter and Chinese New Year
1 July - 31 July, 1 September - 15 September
Peak Season:01 August - 31 August,
15 December - 15 January.
Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 5 nights
Peak season : 7 nights (Christmas & New Year 10 nights)
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
- Clients may check-in to the villa after 2pm.
- The mandatory check-out time is 11am.
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, may extend the check-out time until 3pm.
- Late check-out prior to 6pm will incur a half-night rate;
- Late check-out past 6pm incurs a full night rate
Villa Booking Procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle 30 days prior arrival in regular season, 45 days for high season an 61 days for Christmas and New Year.
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
