Note :
- Villa rates quoted in US Dollar and inclusive 21% to government tax and service charge.- Last minutes and long stay rates are available upon request.
The rates above is inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks/ snacks and chilled towel served upon arrival in the villa
- Welcome breakfast
- Fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival
- Free car and driver for 10 hrs in each day ( 7 seats vehicle)
- Fully staff: maids, chef and house manager.
Seasonal periods:
Low: 09 January to 30 June and 16 September to 19 December
High: 01 to 31 July and 01 to 15 September; Easter week and Chinese New Year week
Peak: 01 to 31 August and 20 December to 08 January; Christmas and New Year period
Check In and Check Out Times:
CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
* Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge but subject to availability.
* Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice seasonal period however
the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non refundable.
4). Final Payments are non-refundable.
