Note :
Rate above are inclusive of the following benefits below:

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season : January 08th - June 30th, September 16th - December 19th.
High Season :July 1st - 31st, Sept 1st - 15th
(Chinese New Year Week & Easter Week).
Peak Season :August 1st - 31st, December 20th - January 8th ( Christmas & New Year).
Minimum stay requirement:
- Low season : 3 nights
- High season: 5 nights
- Peak season: 7 nights
Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- late check-out up to 6PM will charge at half day rate
- late check-out up to 11PM will applied at one night rental charge.
Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 61 days for Peak Season
bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 if the booking is
cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled exceed from the notice periods above and
however the deposit has been paid will non-refundable and full payment from the total
Transaction is obligate
4.Final Payments are non-refundable
Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy.
Villa Casa Michale consist of 4 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy
is up to 8 persons and ideally 2 person in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then we must get informed
in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
DAMAGE OR LOSSES
The client is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition.
The client further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation.
The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if the client or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
