Note :
Seasonal Period:Low Season: January 9th to July 20th, September 16th to December 19th (except for holiday weeks of Easter and Chinese New Year)
High Season: July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th
Peak Season: August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th
Minimum Rental Period:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
Check-in & Check-out Time:
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility.
Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.
