Seasonal Period:
High season period: July 1 - 31, August 1 - 31, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice received and otherwise the booking might NOT materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (at 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking).

Check-in & check-out time:
Check-in time : 14:00 check-out time : before 12:00 in cases where there is no other
booking for the same day,
the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is
subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full
one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior due date of arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$150.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45
days or more prior to arrival in Low season and in High and Peak season booking
should be notice at 61 days prior due date of arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from time duration notice above,
and however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment
from the total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Villa Capacity Policy:
The villa management strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the bed room villa type to accommodate your party size, ideally 2 persons in each bedroom. Extra beds are not allowed in the villa.
