Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental outlay is required and received by the villa within five (5) of working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- The payment should in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa
- The remaining due balance is required to settle prior arrival at the villa (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable
Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 3 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
Note:
- Additional ABF USD 8.00 net, child under 12Y free, max 1
- Extra bed USD 30.00 net/night(ABF + laundry inclusive), Child under 12 years old will be free of charge:
- 1 Baby Cot
- 1 Baby Chair.
Check-in/Check-out standard:
- Chek-in time 14:00PM
- Chek-out time 12:00PM
- Day use guaranteed till 18:00 will 50% charge.
Minimum length of stay requirement:
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case basis.
