Seasonal:
Low season: January 9th to July 14th, September 16th to December 19th
High season: July 15th to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, April 10th to 16th (Easter week)
Peak season: August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Christmass & New year period)

Minimum Stay:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights
villa booking procedures below:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice to be sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior due date of arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45
days or more prior to arrival in Low season and in High and Peak season booking
should be notice at 61 days prior due date of arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from time duration notice above,
and however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment
from the total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
