The rates above are included the following benefits:
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa
- Daily breakfast for 2 (two) persons per room at guest private villa
- Welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival
- Fresh fruits and flower arrangement in villa
- 15 minutes complimentary welcome massage
- Complimentary refreshment and afternoon snacks at guest private villa
- Daily turndown cake
- Daily newspaper
- Complimentary shuttle service within Seminyak area
- Re-stocked dispenser mineral water in villa
Check-in & check-out time:
Check-in is 14.00 hours. Check-out is 12.00 noon.
The charge for late check-out until 18.00 hours is 50% of the applied rate based on availability.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
1. For the booking that are cancelled within 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit has been received will returned at 50% and less US$ 150 due to bank transfer and reservation handling fee.
2. For the booking that are cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, then the deposit will non-refundable.
3. Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing
