The above rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service chargeSeasonal:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, 11 - 16 February (Chinese New Year), 02 - 08 April (Easter week)
Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period)
- In addition to the list prices shown above, Villa Alamanda offers discounts for both Long Stays and
Last Minute bookings.
- All bookings include return airport transfers.
- Minimum stay: LOW season: 5 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights
Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Method of Payment
1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
2. The down payment should be made via telegraphic bank transfer quoted in $US or Rupiah
3. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit are received via bank transfer or in $ US cash
4. All of Bank administration cost to be bare by the clients/guests
5. The copy of bank transferred should send via fax
Cancellation Policy
1. The cancellation within 60 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will be 50% refundable
2. The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will not refundable
3. The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed
4. All Bank chargers must be bare by the clients/Guests
5. The cancellation confirmation must be on writing
