Note :

1. Rates
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, airport pick-up (one car-one way) and daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room. Long term rate, last minute rate and per bedroom rate are available upon request.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15 and April 14 - 21
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8

3. Terms of Payment
All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without guarantee deposit. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests.

4. Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
